Depiction of a dishonest judge

This depiction of a dishonest judge being flayed alive around 500 BC dates to the 16th century. The judge’s name was Sesmans, a corrupt royal judge in Persia during the reign of King Cambyses. He accepted a bribe and gave an unfair verdict. As a result, the king ordered that he be arrested for his corruption and ordered to be flayed alive.

The king wanted to your place chose anyone. Sesmans chose his son Otanes in his greed. The king consented and he appointed his son Othanes in the place of the judge Sesmanus. The king he then pronounced the judgment and ordered that the skin of the judge Sesmans be quickly removed and his skin placed on the judge’s chair.

At which the new judge would sit in court and remind him of the possible consequences of corruption. Justice and equality were ensured by words and sentences. If we examine our nation’s legal system with this historical episode in mind, milk will be milk and water will remain water. Millions of cases are pending. Innocent people are rotting in jails.

A case is decided after 25 years. This is the reason why Western society and their judicial system are thousands of levels better than ours.

A famous incident that Allah Ta’ala said to Hazrat Musa

It is a famous incident that Allah Ta’ala said to Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him).
said,
O Moses, famine is coming, tell your people to be ready.
Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) conveyed this message to his people
Their people made holes in the walls of their houses so that they could help the neighboring house in case of famine and hardship and thus pass these hard days.

Some time passed but there was no famine. Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) asked Allah the Almighty for the reason, and he got the answer that your people showed mercy to each other, so why should I not show mercy to them, that is why I did not send a famine ____.

In the present time of inflation, be use equality to one another so that God may be kind to us.

Woman always made an extra loaf for a hungry passer

It is said that there was a woman who made bread for her family every day, and every day she made an extra loaf for a hungry passer, and gave the extra bread to the hungry passer he passed by to take it daily.

And every day a hunchbacked fakir would pass by and taken bread and instead of thanking family, he left saying that the evil you do will remain with you and the good you do will return to you! ” ..every day… the hunchback picked up the bread and used to say the same words
“The evil you do stays with you and the good you do comes back to you!”

The woman began to get angry because the man did not thank and show kindness and she said to herself: “This hunchback passes by every day and repeats his vague sentence and then goes away.
One day this woman made up her mind and decided “I will get rid of this hunchback”! She mixed some poison into the bread. She has made for hunchback and she was placing it in the window. “What am I doing? ” she said as her hands started to shake.

She immediately said to herself as she threw the bread into the fire to burn, then she made another loaf and placed it on the windowsill.
As usual, Kabadra came and took the bread and said that the evil you do stays with you and the good you do comes back.
He went on his way, oblivious to the conflict raging in the woman’s mind.
The woman made bread every day, prayed for her son, who had been away for a long time in search of his future, and had not heard from him for many years, and prayed for his safety.

He come back to him.
On that day when he got rid of the poisoned bread, he knocked on the door of the house in the evening, when he opened the door, he was surprised to find his son standing at the door!!
He was pale and tired and his clothes were almost torn and he was hungry and as he looked at his mother he said, “It is a miracle that I am here.

A few miles from here I was tired and so exhausted that I fell down on the road and would have almost died had not a hunchbacked man passed by, I begged him to let me have someone with him. He give food, and that man he was so kind as he gave me bread!! And while giving it to me he said that this is his daily food and today he will give it to me because my need is more than his need.

Hearing these words mother’s color turned pale and terror appeared on her face and she leaned against the door and remembered the poisoned bread she had made this morning!! If she had not put it in the fire, her son would have eaten it and lost his life!

At that moment, I understood the meaning of the hunchback’s words, “The evil you do stays with you, and the good you do comes back to you.”!
Do good and don’t stop doing it

Even if its time is not estimated.
Because one day God will wake you up for what you did in your life or in heaven.

Children will not be steal the dates

Every day, Abu Dhabi (RA) was offered to the fajr prayer behind Rasool, but after the prayer, he would get out of the mosque, the Prophet’s eyes followed by the way of Abu Dhabi. one day, Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) said stopped Abu Dhabi and asked:
“Abu Dhabi! Do you have no need for Allah?

Abu Dhabi said: Why not, O Messenger of Allah, I cannot even be able to do so for a moment.
“Then you do not wait for us to conclude the prayer, and does not pray to Allah for oneself needs?” the Messenger of Allah said.

Abu Dhabi said, ‘O Messenger of Allah! In fact, the reason is that there is a Jew in my neighborhood, whose branches of the palm tree hang in the courtyard of my house, and when the wind blows at night, its dates falls into my house. Therefore, I get out for this. So that I can pick up these dates before the children wake up, and return back to. Except that they do not eat the children because this steal of the jew.

Then he swore and said, ‘O Messenger of Allah! One day I saw my son who was chewing on the fell date, before he swallowed it, I put my finger in his throat and pulled out the date.
Messenger of Allah! When my son started crying, I said, O my child, I have come to know that I am a thief in front of Allah on the Day of Resurrection.

Syedna Abu Bakr Raza Allah Anhu was listening to all this episode, passionate faith and brotherhood were enthusiastic, then Syedna Abu Bakr Raza Allah Anhu went to the Jewish and bought the entire tree of date and gave him Abu Dhabi and his children.

Then why not Allah Almighty issued this certificate about these sacred figures:
“Allah is happy with them and they are delighted with Allah,” said the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

A few days later, when Jews found out about this alliance, he gathered all his family, and announced to go to the Messenger of Allah and be a Muslim. Praise be to Allah.

Abu Dhabi was afraid that his descendants would not become a thief by eating a Jew from a Jewish tree.
And what is the case with us today that today we are being waged in every illegal way of our Muslim brothers, how are we committing corruption and our conscience does not reproach us.

We see that muslims are not only applied justice for muslims whereas, it give equality for all people.

Islam does not simply practise justice on Muslims. Instead, it is applied to all people, regardless of their religious or philosophical convictions. Justice as a notion is treating everyone equally when granting rights and holding them accountable for their duties without regard to their religion, ethnicity, colour, or any other factor.

Islam teaches that this right to equality is something that every human being is born with. Thus, no individual should be subjected to discrimination because of where or how he was born, his ethnicity, or the country to which he was born.

Difference between Justice and Equality

CONCLUSION:

When everyone is treated equally in the eyes of the law, we say that we have equality. One set of rules for everyone is created by a government that upholds human rights, not many sets of laws for various groups of people. In the past, some groups have been subject to legal discrimination due to their ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

Ensuring that each person has an equal chance to maximise their potential is what equality is all about. Moreover, it is the principle that no one should be denied the same opportunities in life because of their circumstances of birth, country of origin, religious convictions, or physical or mental impairments.

Justice is the attribute of being just, righteous, or fair in all respects, as opposed to equality, which refers to accepting and providing everyone the same status or treatment by society. This clarifies the fundamental distinction between justice and equality.

If equality is the condition of being equal, justice is the attribute of being fair. There seem to be a lot of different viewpoints on this subject when viewed from the perspective of gender roles.

Realizing that everyone must be treated equally in order for there to be justice and equality is the first step in understanding these concepts. Justice and equity are inseparably linked. You are getting justice if you are given a fair opportunity because you were treated fairly. The term “righteousness” is another way to define justice.
